Wailuku Single Family Homes and Condominiums For Sale.


The home market in Wailuku year-to-date through November has done very well with a 25.9 percent gain in closed sales over the same period last year.  In the first 11 months of 2017, there were 193 closed transactions versus 243 this year.  Pending Sales are up 2.2 percent, but inventory is an issue with a decline in New Listings of -4.8 percent.  As of November 30th, the Inventory of Homes for Sale dropped by -15.9 percent with 58 active home listings on the Maui MLS.  The Average Sales Price of a single family home in Wailuku was $659,425 and the Median Sales Price was $655,950.

Condominium sales in Wailuku jumped 30.4 percent year-to-date through November with 146 closed transactions versus 112 last year at the same time.  New Listings dropped by -12.5 percent year-to-date and the Inventory of Homes for Sale dropped by -62.5 percent with only 12 active condominium units on the market as of November 30th.  The Months Supply of Inventory was less than one month at 0.9, a -65.4 dropped from last year.  The Average Sales Price of a Wailuku Condominium was $399,665, a 7.2 percent gain this year.  The Median Sales Price was up 17.2 percent at $439,375.
